METROPOLITAN POLICE COVERED-UP VIP PAEDOPHILE RING

 Today the Mirror reveals evidence from a former detective that he   and his team  were  forced to abandon an investigation into the VIP Paedophile Ring  because senior officers in the Metropolitan Police stole the evidence.  The evidence included  photographs of  a Cabinet Minister and senior Judges sexually abusing children.  The fact that these  Senior Police officers illegally stole evidence to protect serious criminals, without any inquiry or complaint,  is evidence of a  breakdown of the rule of law in the United Kingdom.



The crimes of the Rogue Criminal Organisation within the Police, CPS, Parliament, MI5 and the Judiciary is  being slowly exposed.  What we are seeing is  the tip of the iceberg. Eventually we will learn  just how skilfully this  Criminal Organisation, which protects paedophiles,  has  ensconced  itself within the very fabric of our social structure.   The Organisation   relies on  deception, lies and cover-up  to  fool the British people that  it is a force of  Law and Order  and properly uses  its mechanisms to protect the Nation and the people from terrorism and crime.   But the truth is  that the Organisation is itself the  biggest Criminal Organisation in the UK with unlimited funds provided by the hapless  tax payer.

Cleverly the Organisation  do not  need to pay their agents.  Agents are paid by giving them High Positions  and or the profits from various criminal enterprises,  running costs are met by the Tax Payer.

In order to run a successful Criminal Organisation you have to have agents at senior levels within Parliament, the Police, MI5, the Crown Prosecution Service  and the Judiciary. Otherwise you risk exposure and prosecution.

The agents can also arrest, terrorise and or prosecute anyone who threatens to expose the  Organisations criminal activities.  It is this fear of persecution, arrest and prosecution that  will have  prevented Members of Parliament, decent Police officers and MI5 agents from pressing for action.

Those who have ignored the threats have been silenced in one way or another.

Ken Livingston admits that he knew about the Paedophile Ring  saying on radio  that:-

I was raising in parliament against Mrs Thatcher the Kincora Boys Home
where boys were being abused and MI5 was filming it because they were
hoping to be able to blackmail senior politicians in Northern Ireland.
They were hoping to catch one of Ian Paisley's MP's - and they never did
- and give themselves some leverage. The truth is there's been an awful
lot of covering up of paedophiles and paedophile rings for decades and

Whilst  it is clear Ken Livingston knew about the VIP Paedophile Ring it is also clear that he did not make a determined effort to expose it.  Perhaps he feared he would end up like John Smith who  in 1994 was pushing  to  expose  the VIP Paedophile Ring after talking about it with Tony Blair who was Shadow Home Secretary at the time and had gathered evidence about the Ring.

  Smith was named as Parliamentarian of the year twice; the first time in November 1986 for his performances during the Westland controversy, during which Leon Brittan was forced to resign.  Six  months later  he  collapsed and was  examined at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary by an ECG. The doctor who examined him said "Whatever it is, we don't think it is your heart"  In 1994 he died suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 55.  Insiders always feared he had made a powerful enemy of Leon Brittan by threatening to expose him.  We do not know if his death was suspicious  but we do know that, as a family man who loved children,  he intended to expose the Paedophiles.



Tony Blair  had presented all the evidence gathered  about the Paedophile  Ring  to his leader John Smith in 1992 and  had worked with John Smith on the exposure.   However  following John Smiths death in 1994 Tony Blair abandoned  his push to expose the VIP Paedophile Ring.  The Criminal Organisation are experts on the use of blackmail, bribery and fear.


In 1984  Geoffrey Dickens MP  handed a 50 page dossier  about the VIP Paedophile Ring  to  the then Home Secretary, suspected paedophile, Leon Brittan.   With the appointment of Leon Brittan as Home Secretary the Criminal Organisation had managed to place an agent into  High Position.  As Home Secretary responsible for the Police and MI5  Leon Brittan  could protect the Criminal Organisation and his fellow agents.  Sadly Geoffrey Dicken's dossier was handed  to the Organisation's agent Leon Brittan  and so it disappeared into  secret MI5 archives. 

In 1986 16 high profile figures were due to be arrested. But the day before the arrests  were due  to be carried out detectives were told the operation had been disbanded. The evidence including photographs of senior politicians and judges disappeared into MI5's  secret archives.


The probe into a former Cabinet minister, the notorious paedophile Sidney Cooke, Jimmy Savile and MP Cyril Smith

 

 They became known as the 'Cambridge Mafia' through their attendance in the same period at Cambridge University and they include later Thatcher ministers Michael Howard, John (Selwyn) Gummer, Kenneth Clarke, Leon Brittan and Norman Lamont. Another member of the 'Mafia' was Peter Lilley who became a Thatcher Treasury minister. Lilley's friend, Michael Portillo, came into government via Cambridge some years later but was still considered part of this group in office.

 

Police are ­preparing to arrest a former Tory Cabinet minister after a woman came forward to claim she had been raped by him as a girl. Detectives are also investigating claims that he abused boys.

We can reveal that the former minister is suspected of being part of a VIP ­paedophile ring that was regularly handed boys by child rapist and killer Sidney Cooke for vile sex orgies.

The former high-ranking MP, who we cannot name, is under investigation by Scotland Yard’s paedophile unit.

Sources close to the probe gave details of the new allegations to the Sunday ­Mirror and investigative news website ­Exaro.

A former detective who worked on the original investigation into Cooke told the Sunday Mirror that the minister was among those alleged to have been ­photographed in a 1986 police surveillance on premises where boys had been dropped off.

Others allegedly included Jimmy Savile, MP Cyril Smith and top judges – though none of them were ever arrested.

Cooke, 85 – dubbed Britain’s most notorious paedophile after he tortured and killed 14-year-old Jason Swift in 1985 – would pick the unsuspecting teenage boys up off the streets around Kings Cross.
He would drive them to locations across North London where paedophiles lay in wait to repeatedly rape them.

Last week the former officer, who worked on Operation Orchid which convicted Cooke and his gang, said they had taken pictures of the minister.

 The former officer said up to 16 high profile figures were due to be arrested. But the day before they were to be carried out detectives were told the operation had been disbanded.

The revelation means Scotland Yard knew about allegations concerning the Cabinet Minister and Savile in 1986 but did nothing about it, instead choosing to cover up the claims.

A source told Exaro last week that senior officers, including Commander Peter Spindler, the head of the Paedophile Unit, have had a secret briefing on preparations to arrest the ex-minister. It is understood that the investigation is at an early stage but there is a plan to arrest him in the next few weeks.

After the 1986 operation into Cooke was disbanded the former officer went to check the file – only to find the pictures had disappeared and any mention of the men involved had also vanished.  The former officer said: “It was clear a cover-up had taken place.

“The investigation showed that Cooke would pick up rent boys and take them back to flats or garages where large groups of men were waiting to abuse them.

 

“These paedophiles, which included a lot of high-profile figures that were said to include the former Cabinet Minister, Savile and MP Cyril Smith, all knew each other and all operated together. They would lie in wait and Cooke would turn up with the boy who wouldn’t know what was going to happen.
“We had photographic evidence of these high-profile figures entering or leaving buildings where the abuse was taking place. Everyone knew Savile was a paedo but nothing was ever done.

“Cyril Smith was photographed going into one of the properties with a high-profile film director.
“All of the others were pictured and were going to be arrested before the plug was pulled. I was sickened and to this day I wonder how many children we could have saved if we had been allowed to arrest those men.

“I feel guilty they weren’t arrested but there was nothing I could do at the time as the evidence had gone.”
