JUDGE FREED EVIL PAEDOPHILE BECAUSE 7 YEARS OLD GIRL SEDUCED HIM

Last July their were two convictions  the first   by  Judge Gillian Matthews QC  who freed an evil paedophile  John Thompson after he admitted sexually abusing a  girl of seven years old because he claimed the child had seduced him?

The Second by  Judge Niclas Parry who  jailed  child abuse whistle-blower  Andrea Davison in her absence  for  a total of Three years,  although he  was forced  to admit no-one had lost any money and Andrea  had harmed no-one.  read more on how she was set-up Andrea Davison, Jimmy Savile, SERCO and How it all... http://google-law.blogspot.com/2012/10/andrea-davison-jimmy-savile-serco-and.html?spref=tw

Paedophile  John Thompson  who  said  the victim   a seven-year-old girl had seduced him was finally jailed  today  by another judge for a mere  8  months.

PEADOPHILE LOVING JUDGE GILLIAN MATHEWS QC

A  vile paedophile who blamed a girl of seven for seducing him was finally locked up yesterday - weeks after a judge let him walk free.

John Thompson escaped a prison sentence in July   this year despite pleading guilty to sexually assaulting his victim.

Incredibly, he accused the schoolgirl of pinning him down on a bed after ‘flirting’ with him.

Thompson  avoided jail and was instead ordered to undergo a sex offender treatment programme.

The lenient sentence imposed by Judge Gillian Matthews QC sparked fury among child protection charities who branded it ‘despicable’

Something is terribly wrong with the judiciary in the United Kingdom. Are we really to believe that Judge Gillian Matthews and North  Wales  Judge Niclas Parry  do not cover-up for paedophiles or  are paedophiles.?  If they are not why the disparity in the sentences?  Why release a dangerous paedophile and jail a child abuse whistle-blower?

Judge Nicloas Parry, was a former solicitor,   who represented one of the Paedophiles at the Waterhouse Inquiry  into child abuse in North Wales . The Inquiry  sat for three years and cost 13 million pounds of tax payers money most of which was paid to legal professionals.   Andrea a Mental Health Advocate respresented the Victims .

The whole North Wales scandal,  where  Judges, Barristers, Politicians and Police accused of  sexually abusing children  have not been questioned or arrested even to this day, is beyond belief.

Judges and Barristers and Lawyers  are  making the tax payer pay for their lucrative lifestyle so they can free paedophiles and jail  whistle-blowers.

It is time we stopped paying them to destroy the fabric of our society  and prey on our children

  • John Thompson escaped a prison sentence in July despite pleading guilty
  • Accused schoolgirl of pinning him down on a bed after 'flirting' with him
  • Failed to attend sex offender treatment programme
  • Cited excuses including wax in his ear and a broken window at home

STEVEN MESSHAM SEEKS LEGAL ADVICE THROUGH TWITTER

Steven Messham, abuse survivor at heart of McAlpine debacle, seeks legal advice via Twitter

Today  we find out  that Steven  Messham who suffered the most appalling catalogue of abuse  whilst in the notorious children Home Bryn Estyn North Wales  does not have a lawyer!

He has been up against the might and power of Lord McAlpine, dragged onto Newsnight  vilified by David Rose in the Mail , shown photographs by the police with no-one to advise him.  No-one to represent his interests.

It is any wonder that we have seen Lord McAlpine crowing  and posturing of late  as he raked in  the bounty and his expensive lawyers threatened 10,000 twiiter users.  Whilst the  man responsible for his new increase in wealth had no legal advise whatsoever.

The firm writes: Steven Messham, whose claims of abuse at the Bryn Estyn home led to the infamous Newsnight broadcast that has plunged the BBC into chaos, has taken to Twitter to seek legal representation.

Last night Messham (@smessham) said he needed "a top lawyer on board", and followed up be tweeting : "Let's see who offers to help".

Messham's accounts of abuse at the Bryn Estyn home were scrutinised in the original Waterhouse Report, which concluded 56 identifed paedophiles had perpetrated abuse there. The names of the alleged abusers were anonymised in the report.

Newsnight's report into abuse claimed a former highly placed member of the Thatcher era Government was amongst them, leading to widespread naming of former party treasurer Lord McAlpine as the anonymous figure. McAlpine was not named in the programme, and the circumstances of how his name came to be associated with the Bryn Estyn investigation is subject to police and BBC investigations.

Lord McAlpine has instructed solicitors to pursue those who named him on social media, and has received financial settlements from the BBC and ITV and an unknown number of scared twitter users.

If Steven Messham had been afforded independent legal advice McAlpine and the paedophile apologists may not have been able to de-rail the focus from the actual horrific systematic Child Abuse   and the Elite Paedophile Ring supporting the abuse.

Steven Messham, who only took to Twitter last month, currently has 3,243 followers.

Judges, Barristers, Solicitors and Police officers have been accused of being implicated in the actual abuse and  the cover-up of the abuse  of children in North Wales and beyond. This  should not prevent Steven Messham  having legal advise from a good legal representative.

Come-on there must be a lawyer who is not implicated in the scandal  who can give advise to Steven Messham!

40 YEARS TOO LATE POLICE ADMIT SIR CYRIL SMITH WAS A PAEDOPHILE

The Crown Prosecution Service and the GMP Police have been caught out,  and forced to admit Cyril Smith should have been prosecuted 40 years ago.

Prosecutors missed THREE opportunities to bring Cyril Smith to justice over child abuse claims as police concede MP should have been charged

  • Sir Cyril allegedly sexually and physically abused teenage boys under the guise of medical examinations or punishment for misbehaviour
  • Police missed three opportunities to charge former Liberal MP, and say he would be prosecuted if accused today
  • Director of Public Prosecutions at the time said those who accused Smith were of 'suspect character'
  • Smith was secretary of boys' hostel where he was accused of abusing vulnerable youngsters by spanking and touching them from the 1970s

It has taken  them 40 long years to admit this, during which time they turned a blind  eye to the abuse of  children by the evil paedophile honoured with a title.

The Director of Public Prosecutions at the time Sir (why are they always honoured) Norman Skelton  dismissed the child victims as being of “suspect character”.

Well that says it all!  why are people like Sir Norman always placed in positions of power where they can cover-up for elite paedophiles and recommend the prosecution of  whistle-blowers and  vilify victims of abuse.

Last night Greater Manchester Police spokesman said "the Force is now publicly acknowledging that young boys were victims of physical and sexual abuse committed by SmithRead more:

Let us not be lulled into thinking things have changed. They have not,  it is just that in this case they have been found out.  Elite paedophiles like Derek Laud are still being protected and whistle-blowers like Andrea Davison are still being prosecuted and Victims like Steven Messham are still being vilified.

This new leaf turning by the Crown Prosecution Service  and the Police  has nothing with the Brave Lancashire Special Branch officer  who blew the whistle  and revealed that  a file  "thick full of statements from young boys alleging abuse" was seized by M15 in the 1970s and was never forwarded for prosecution. It was claimed this week that the file was labelled by the director of public prosecutions at the time: "No further action. Not in the public interest. DPP."  read more  M15 and SPECIAL BRANCH  COVER UP  PAEDOPHILE CYRIL... http://google-law.blogspot.com/2012/11/m15-and-special-branch-cover-up.html?spref=tw

The Police and the Crown Prosecution Service and the Courts  knew about Sir Cyril for 40 years. In fact  a whole lot of people knew about Sir Cyril and small magazines published the fact. He was also mentioned by Scallywag.

Front page of the Rochdale Alternative Press  May 1979:

Tom Pride reveals  what happened after the magazine published the article?

Former Liberal MP Sir Cyril Smith sexually and physically abused young boys in the 1960s, police admitted todayIn a story remarkably similar to that we are seeing today, Cyril Smith, a very powerful and wealthy man at the time, quickly announced he was taking out an injunction against Rochdale Alternative Press and threatened to sue them – or anyone else who dared to repeat the allegations – for libel.
The result?

Although Smith didn’t actually take anyone to court, everyone was so terrified of being sued, there was a total gag on any media – a gag which successfully closed down all discussion about the scandal for nearly four decades.   read more http://tompride.wordpress.com/2012/11/27/how-did-cyril-smith-get-away-with-paedophilia-by-threatening-tweeters-and-bloggers-with-libel/

One  word 'Cover-up'   and the Cover-up is still going on. Only now the public are aware of how these Government departments,  which they are forced to pay for  through taxes,  operate.

The Crown Prosecution Service and the Police  as a Force are designed to protect the Elite from harm.  They  misuse their power to ensure that whistle-blowers and victims  who might expose the truth are silenced whilst the guilty are protected.

It is time for a total reshuffle at the top of these organisation there are good men and women in the Police and even   some good lawyers but these people rarely reach high position  because they  will not play the game.

We need to make sure that evil predators of children like Cyril Smith never again are protected by the Police and the Crown Prosecution Service for 40 long years.

Three opportunities to charge Sir Cyril Smith over allegations of physical and sexual abuse of boys were missed by prosecutors, it emerged today.
The Director of Public Prosecutions at the time, Sir Norman Skelhorn, dismissed those who accused the former Liberal MP as being of 'suspect character' when he looked at the allegations in 1970.
After 40 years, officers and lawyers have now agreed that Sir Cyril Smith attacked teenage boys and should have been prosecuted.
Last night a GMP spokesman said: 'The Force is now publicly acknowledging that young boys were victims of physical and sexual abuse committed by Smith.
'Three separate files regarding Sir Cyril Smith's actions were passed to first the director of public prosecutions (DPP) and the Crown Prosecution Service although on each occasion no prosecution was pursued.'

LINKING IRELAND AUSTRALIA AND THE UK IN CHILD ABUSE

After decades of total cover-up Governments in Australia, Ireland and the United Kingdom are being forced to look again at Child Abuse and the Paedophile Ring which  they  allowed to  grow Pan National.

With the advance of the Internet  it has become more and more difficult to sweep child abuse under the carpet.   Government's  who spent decades involved in the cover-up are being forced to make a display of doing something. This is usually an inquiry where the Police investigate the Police and  the odd patsy may be thrown  to the lions  but the Inquiry finds no real fault.  Then the  Judiciary investigate the Judiciary and find no fault at all that is because every Judge is a paragon of virtue and discernment, or so they would have us all believe.

Only this time  it may be a lot more difficult to cover-up the decades of past abuse and the current abuse because we all know how they operate.

UNITED KINGDOM  INQUIRIES ANNOUNCED NOVEMBER 2012

NEW CHILD ABUSE INQUIRIES AND  POLICE INVESTIGATIONS

Below are the inquiries and investigations  recently begun by the United Kingdom Government into the decades of  Child Abuse into the Cover-up of that abuse.
  1. Operation Yewtree: Scotland Yard criminal investigation into claims that Jimmy Savile sexually abused young people
  2. BBC investigation into management failures over the dropping of a Newsnight report into the Savile allegations
  3. BBC investigation into culture and practices during Savile's career and current policies
  4. BBC investigation into handling of past sexual harassment claims
  5. Department of Health investigation into Savile's appointment to Broadmoor "taskforce" and his activities at Broadmoor, Stoke Mandeville Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary
  6. Director of Public Prosecutions review into decisions not to prosecute Savile in 2009
  7. North Wales abuse inquiry by National Crime Agency head into abuse claims from 70s and 80s, fresh claims, and police handling of the claims
  8. Mrs Justice Macur appointed by PM to review the 2000 Waterhouse review which looked into the north Wales abuse

AUSTRALIA INQUIRY ANNOUNCED NOVEMBER 12th 2012

SYDNEY - Agence France-Presse

Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard yesterday announced a national inquiry into institutional responses to child sex abuse after a series of scandals involving pedophile priests.

Gillard made the announcement following claims by a senior policeman that the Catholic Church in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales destroyed evidence and silenced investigations. “There have been too many revelations of adults who have averted their eyes from this evil,” she said. “I believe in these circumstances that it is appropriate for there to be a national response through a royal commission.” Gillard had been under growing pressure to establish a national inquiry after the recent allegations as well as an ongoing inquiry in Victoria state, but said the probe would be broader than just the Catholic Church. “This is not a royal commission targeting any one church,” she said. While the terms of reference have yet to be decided, the commission will cover all religious organizations.

A police investigator last week alleged that the Church had covered up sexual abuse of children in the Hunter Valley, to protect pedophiles and its own reputation. New South Wales also announced an investigation into the allegations after Detective Chief Inspector Peter Fox claimed the church hindered police, alerted offenders and destroyed evidence.

IRELAND INQUIRY ANNOUNCED SEPTEMBER 28TH 2011

Report for the Independent.ie

Costs for an inquiry into historical institutional child abuse in Northern Ireland could reach £19 million, the Assembly has been told.
Ulster Unionist MLA Mike Nesbitt, who chairs Stormont's OFMDFM committee, said MLAs had been informed, in September, that predicted costs had doubled from initial estimates.
The Strangford MLA added: "On the estimated costs of the inquiry the committee sought clarification from the department whether the figures in the financial and explanatory memorandum of between £7.5 million and £9 million remained accurate. Officials advised the committee that the estimated costs had been revised upwards - doubled in fact to £15-£19 million to take into account the complexities of the inquiry and the associated legal costs."
Mr Nesbitt said he was assured the necessary funds would be made available from the OFMDFM budget.
Last September, the Executive announced there would be an investigation and inquiry into historical institutional abuse.
Former High Court Judge Sir Anthony Hart was appointed to head the panel to examine whether there were systemic failings by care homes, children's homes, borstals or the state in their duties towards children.
Initially, the inquiry was to look at cases between 1945 and 1995 but MLAs have since agreed to extend it back to 1922.
The probe comes after the Ryan Report uncovered decades of endemic abuse in some religious institutions in the Republic of Ireland.
Details of the Historical Institutional Abuse Bill - the legislation which determines the remit of the inquiry - were debated in the Assembly this afternoon.  http://www.independent.ie/breaking-news/national-news/child-abuse-inquiry-could-cost-19m-3300941.html

There are decent and honest men and women in the Police  and the Judiciary and in the Criminal Injustice System and in other Agencies who are not paedophiles and do not want to be told to cover-up for paedophiles or something nasty will happen to them.

Truth eventually surfaces and not everyone will be conveniently dead

MASSIVE PAEDOPHILE RING EXPOSED WITH 70,000 MEMBERS

Massive online paedophile Ring  exposed with  70,000 members. NBC news reports that  an Internet pedophile ring with up to 70,000 members — thought to be the world's largest —has been uncovered by police, a security official said.

Grant Edwards, of the Australian Federal Police (right), Peter Davis (center) of the U.K.'s Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre, Europol director Rob Wainwright outline details of arrests during "Operation Rescue" linked to a global child abuse network during a news conference in The Hague Wednesday.

The European police agency Europol said in a statement that "Operation Rescue" had identified 670 suspects and that 230 abused children in 30 countries had been taken to safety. More children are expected to be found, Europol said.

It said that so far 184 people had been arrested and investigations in some countries were continuing. Most of those detained are suspected of direct involvement in sexually abusing children.

They include teachers, police officers and scout leaders, AP reported. One Spaniard who worked at summer youth camps is suspected of abusing some 100 children over five years.

Europol director Rob Wainwright said Wednesday the ring, which communicated using an Internet forum, was "probably the largest online paedophile network in the world."

Cori Bassett, a public affairs officer for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said in an email that there had been five arrests and four convictions in connection with Operation Rescue in the U.S.
"Arrests so far have been made in Georgia and Connecticut. ICE continues to pursue the leads provided by Europol," she added.

The website was shut down following the three-year investigation, Europol said.
"The website operated from a server based in the Netherlands and, at its height, boasted up to 70,000 members worldwide," it added.

"It attempted to operate as a 'discussion–only' forum where people could share their sexual interest in young boys without committing any specific offences, thus operating 'below the radar' of police attention," Europol said.

"Having made contact on the site, some members would move to more private channels, such as email, to exchange and share illegal images and films of children being abused. Computers seized from those arrested have harvested huge quantities of child abuse images and videos," it added.

Police infiltrated site

The Europol statement said U.K. and Australian police infiltrated the site to identify the members who posed the greatest danger to children. Police also sometimes posed as children on-line as part of the investigation.

Law enforcement authorities from 13 countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, Italy, Spain and the U.K., were involved in the case, Europol said.

The statement said Europol analysts had cracked the security features of a key computer server at the centre of the network which uncovered the identities of suspected child sex offenders.

And, after his arrest, the forum's Dutch administrator helped police break encryption measures that shielded users' identities, allowing police to begin their covert investigations.

"Europol subsequently issued over 4,000 intelligence reports to police authorities in over 30 countries in Europe and elsewhere, which has led to the arrests of suspects and the safeguarding of children," Europol said.

Wainwright said he was proud of the "exceptional work of our experts in helping police authorities around the world to record these groundbreaking results."

"The safeguarding of so many vulnerable children is particularly rewarding and demonstrates the commitment of our agency to make Europe a safer place for its citizens," he added.

The investigation was led by Britain's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Center.
Peter Davies, of the center, said there would be more arrests as the investigations continue.

"Those who have been members of the site can expect a knock on the door in the very near future," he said.

In Britain, police said, the children involved were aged between 7 and 14.

Australian Federal Police commander Grant Edwards said suspects arrested in Australia ranged in age from 19 to 84 and used the Internet to "prey on children with anonymity, with subterfuge and with camouflage."

Children, Edwards said, "should be able to use the Internet safely, without fear of being approached or groomed by these online predators."

This month A Royal Commission was ordered  in Australia  to investigate  Decades of allegations of child sexual abuse carried out in churches, schools, government-run hostels and foster homes will be investigated by a wide-ranging royal commission that is expected to run for years.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard announced the establishment of the commission yesterday in the wake of demands from victims' groups and the political spectrum for an inquiry.

While the Catholic Church is the most prominent group that will be examined about the treatment of children in its care, other religious organisations, public and private schools, State-run institutions such as hostels and not-for-profit groups such as the Scouts will also face scrutiny.

The response of police and State child protection authorities to allegations of sexual abuse will also be drawn into the inquiry.    read more http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-/newshome/15365522/royal-commission-into-vile-and-evil/

The Children Commission for the United Kingdom released a report in November 2012

"Based on evidence submitted to the CSEGG Inquiry, at least 16,500 children were identified as being
at risk of child sexual exploitation during one year and 2,409 children were confirmed as victims of
sexual exploitation in gangs and groups during the 14-month period from August 2010 to October
2011.
Evidence to the Inquiry indicates that in any given year the actual number of children being abused
is far greater than the 2,409 that have been confirmed. Interviews with children and young people,
evidence collected during site visits and gathered at hearing sessions all indicated that many children
who were sexually exploited either remained unseen by professionals or, even when known, were not
recorded in the call for evidence submissions received by the OCC.
16,500 children from across England were identified as being at high risk of child sexual exploitation"
