Hayman has been named as a visitor of both Dolphin Square and Elm Guest House but was never prosecuted for the rape, torture and murder of children. He was not even prosecuted when caught with the worst kind of child pornography. In fact throughout his criminal career Hayman kept his Top Secret clearance, known as Positive Vetting. According to the Cold War fantasy this would have made him, as an MI6 chief. very vulnerable to being recruited by the KGB.

However according to the released file of disinformation Hayman was not a security risk because according to these briefing documents below the Security and Intelligence Services of the world knew nothing about his criminal deviancy.

Leon Brittan, of whom the legendary MP Barbara Castle said ran Police special branch as his own personal "Gestapo" , frequented Dolphin Square and Elm Guest House where children were raped, tortured and murdered with impunity by an untouchable elite.

It is admitted that this Network, which included Hayman, has fantasies of raping torturing and murdering children (including babies). What is not admitted but known to every Intelligence service in the world, including the KGB, was that they DID rape, torture and murder children.

The fact that Margeret Thatcher knew this is obvious, the fact that MI5 knew this is obvious. the fact that MI6 knew this is obvious, the fact that the UK Police knew this is obvious. Why did they allow Hayman, Brittan, Havers, Morrison, Laud, and the others continue to rape, torture and murder children many from State controlled Children's Homes???

The Cabinet Secretary at the time Sir Robert Armstrong stated “Clearly, I was aware of it at the time but I was not concerned with the personal aspect of it.” Not one regret about the abused, tortured and murdered children, no shame, just unadulterated arrogance. These people must be called to account for the betrayal of many, many thousands of innocents. They must also account for the vast amounts of money spent allegedly to protect the Western Democratic world from the 'Communist threat' when it was they who were, and are, the biggest threat to Democracy.
